WOW! LONG time-NO POST!!

After Little Man's birthday celebration last week- all 3 of us got a cold. BAD. Could hardly breathe and was coughing non-stop-which interfered with sleep. SO SO SO not fun. A week later, we are all on the mend and my voice is FINALLY returning to normal. Needless to say, I had fallen a little behind on scrappy projects and have neglected my poor blog. Hopefully, this weekend, I can play catch up with life and get some things taken care of.

In the MEAN time-I have some of Imaginisce's new Lucy Bird line to share with you!! I have scrapped this pic THREE times before - I am FINALLY happy with it and will NOT be scrapping it again. Do you do 'RE-DOs" of your LO's? Or do you have the philosophy that once it is done, it is done?? (I know ALOT of people will NOT re-do a LO. I think it might be a scrappy faux pas-BUT I could not leave it in the album any more and have to give it one last try.)

This LO is about Little Man's new best friend. This little thing LITERALLY goes EVERYWHERE with him.

I wanted to document LM's new infatuation here but did not want to make a whole 12x12" page, so I made an 8.5x11" LO instead and will put it in a small album that I made. TFL!

All items are Imaginisce Lucy Bird EXCEPT Alphas & buttons.

I have one more LO to share from this line but can't post it today as it will be a fun sketch challenge that you can participate in for some FAB Imaginisce product, so make sure you pop by on the first to check it out!

GCD Studios

Last Spring I was offered a product testing position from GCD Studios. I was lucky enough to be sent the new Melody Ross line of embellishments recently. These are the projects that I made with them.

A gorgeous pallette of coordinating crocheted blooms & buttons, with matching trims.

These are very tiny frames but house these flowers perfectly. I added stitched stems, leaves and greenery to complete the look.

Lastly, I had so many pretty embellishments left over that I put them altogether on patterned cardstock and made a LO about the goals I hope to acheive for 2010.

Sweet Cheri

Wow, it's been a full week since I last posted! I have some new work to share with you. This is some work I did for Imaginisce with the Sweet Cheri line. This line is perfect for documenting the loves in your life. I think my favorite are the layered cardstock embellishments-as I have a habit for pop-dotting most of my pages-the work was already done for me with these.

This card is using these rubons & an image cut from Gigi's Sweet Shoppe & Heart Strings paper.

This card shows off the Truffle Shuffle & the cupcakes were cut out from the Gigi's Sweet Shop paper.

I think this page is missing something, I think I will need to add journalling under the title. Using Sprinkled with Love  and Truffle Shuffle.

I got a little artsy on this LO and played with some Maya (in Blue Raspberry) & Glimmer (in Petina) mist. I also re-visited my roots & doodled the scalloped border around the circle with sharpies and finished it off with a bit of hand stitching in coordinating DMC flosses.

This picture was from a photo shoot I did of my Little Man last February. Journalling reads: 'I'm sorry for doing this to you but you are always such a ood sport when I want to take silly pics of you.' Who could resist? LOL

Scrapbook Sussies Reveal (January)

Hello! (again!!)
